Driving up the California coast on Highway 1 between Big Sur and Carmel there’s a valley with water streaming into the ocean. Between the months of January and March, wild Calla lilies grow in vast fields and the sight is spectacular. As I wandered through the cala lilies I found my spot and waited for the sun to set, eventually capturing this scene.
